连续钢箱梁高架桥立柱拼装的耐撞性能分析

文中以S7 公路(月罗公路-宝钱公路)新建工程为对象,研究拼装式桥墩的施工及质量检验.经过钢筋处理、模板组装、混凝土浇筑等步骤完成高架桥立柱预制.验收完成预制的立柱运输至施工现场,处理插筋与承台后调整立柱标高进行拼装.ABAQUS有限元软件被用于检测该立柱的耐撞性与不同荷载下的应力.结果显示,该立柱在撞击速度较小情况下,被撞击的位置并没有出现较为明显的损伤;撞击速度较大情况下,立柱被撞击位置,以及该撞击位置的背面都出现明显变形,立柱整体甚至发生变形,说明撞击发生之后,应力波在立柱之中传递,造成立柱内部发生损伤,说明该立柱能承受低速车辆撞击但是不能抵抗高速车辆撞击,能承受较大荷载,符合高架桥立柱使用要求.不同荷载下立柱应力变化的试验模拟结果与实际测量值较为接近,说明试验准确性较高.同时,该试验结果符合GB 50204-2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》,表明该立柱在荷载作用下的应力变化属于正常范围,该立柱的承载力较强.同时,两种荷载作用下的立柱残余应变较小,可以看出立柱的应力状态较为正常,能够满足高架桥实际使用的需求.
Analysis of Crashworthiness Performance of Continuous Steel Box Girder Viaduct Column Assembly
Taking the new construction project of S7 Highway(Yueluo Highway Baoqian Highway)as the research object,this study investi-gates the construction and quality inspection of assembled bridge piers.Firstly,the prefabrication of elevated bridge columns is completed through steps such as steel reinforcement treatment,template assembly,and concrete pouring.Then,the prefabricated columns after accept-ance shall be transported to the construction site,and the elevation of columns shall be adjusted for assembly after the joint bars and cushion caps are processed.Finally,the impact resistance and stress under different loads of the column were tested using ABAQUS finite element soft-ware.The analysis results show that the column did not show significant damage at the location of the impact when the impact velocity was low;When the impact speed is high,the position where the column is hit and the back of the impact position show significant deformation,and the column as a whole even undergoes deformation.This indicates that after the impact occurs,stress waves are transmitted in the column,causing damage to the inside of the column.This shows that the column can withstand low-speed vehicle impacts but cannot resist high-speed vehicle impacts,and can withstand large loads,which meets the requirements for the use of elevated bridge columns.The experimental simulation re-sults of stress changes in columns under different loads are close to the actual measured values,indicating high accuracy of the test.At the same time,the test results comply with the"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures",indicating that the stress changes of the column under load are within the normal range,indicating that the bearing capacity of the column is strong.At the same time,the residual strain of the columns under the two types of loads is relatively small,indicating that the stress state of the columns is relatively nor-mal and can meet the actual needs of the elevated bridge.
