大型综合体超长地下室混凝土结构施工技术探析

为探析超长地下室混凝土施工技术,文中以北京某大型综合体项目为例,通过数值分析方法,对比分析跳仓法和后浇带法两种施工方案在浇筑后20、365 d时对结构应力的影响,验证将后浇带法变更为跳仓法的施工可行性.施工过程中,通过优化混凝土配合比、实施有效施工及养护措施、进行严格的温度监控,有效控制了地下室混凝土裂缝的产生.
Construction Technology of Super Long Basement Concrete Structure in Large Complex
In order to explore the construction technology of ultra-long basement concrete,this paper takes a large and large-scale complex project in Beijing as an example,and compares the influence of bin hopping method and post-cast belt method on structural stress at 20 and 365 days after pouring by numerical analysis method.Verify the construction feasibility of changing the post-cast belt method to skip bin meth-od;Through optimizing concrete mix ratio,implementing effective construction and maintenance measures,and strict temperature monitoring,the generation of concrete cracks in the basement is effectively controlled.
