碳纤维在公路桥梁裂缝加固中的应用

为探究碳纤维在公路桥梁裂缝病害处理中的效果,文中以某桥梁工程为例,对该桥病害状态进行调查并提出加固方案.由施工实践得知,经碳纤维加固处理后,主梁挠度、监测点应变均出现显著下降,实际测量值低于理论计算结果,校验系数始终维持在0.60~0.90,表明碳纤维加固处理后,桥梁抗弯承载能力得到显著提升,桥梁运行安全性得到保障.
The Application of Carbon Fiber in the Reinforcement of Highway Bridge Cracks
In order to explore the effect of carbon fiber in crack disease treatment of highway Bridges,this paper takes a bridge project as an example to investigate the disease state of the bridge,and puts forward the reinforcement scheme.According to the construction practice,the deflection of the main beam and the strain at the monitoring point have decreased significantly after the carbon fiber reinforcement treatment.Compared with the actual measurement deflection and the theoretical calculation deflection,the actual measurement result is lower than the the-oretical calculation result,and the calibration coefficient is always maintained in the range of 0.60~0.90.The results show that the flexural bearing capacity of the bridge after carbon fiber reinforcement is significantly improved,and the operation safety of the bridge is guaranteed.
