库区急流裸岩环境下钢栈桥施工技术研究

文中结合实际工程,提出库区急流裸岩环境下钢栈桥施工技术,对该工法进行分析计算,验证了该工法在库区急流裸岩下的适用性,同时对钢栈桥水流速进行参数分析,流速每增加1m/s,钢管桩最大应力只增加0.1 MPa.结果表明,该施工方法能够满足施工要求,同时,急流环境下的水流速不是钢栈桥应力验算的主要因素,急流环境主要影响钢管桩的定位精度.
Research on Construction Technology of Steel Trestle in Rapid Flow and Bare Rock Environment in Reservoir
In the article,based on practical engineering,the construction technology of steel wharf under the environment of rapid flow and bare rock in the reservoir area is proposed.The method is analyzed and calculated to verify its applicability under the conditions of rapid flow and bare rock in the reservoir area.At the same time,parameter analysis is conducted on the water flow velocity of the steel wharf.For every 1 m/s increase in flow velocity,the maximum stress of the steel pipe pile only increases by 0.1 MPa.The results show that the construction method can meet the construction requirements,and the water flow rate in the rapid flow environment is not the main factor for stress calculation of the steel trestle.The rapid flow environment mainly affects the positioning accuracy of the steel trestle.
