装配式预制混凝土复合墙板外墙保温设计研究

为了提升装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的保温效果,文中以某住宅楼为例,对装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的外墙保温设计方案、刚性连接处热桥处理、连接处保温加强以及保温外墙防水设计进行分析,并对装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的防水效果和保温效果进行评价.结果表明,所有监测点的室内壁面温度均高于大气温度,室内壁面温度波动状况远小于室外,装配式建筑结构具有良好的储温效果;各检测点的热流密度波动状态保持一致,各监测点之间的热流密度最大差值为0.92 W/m2,装配式预制混凝土复合墙板具有良好的保温及防水效果.
Study on Exterior Wall Insulation Design of Prefabricated Precast Concrete Composite Wallboard
In order to improve the insulation effect of prefabricated precast concrete composite wall panel,this paper takes a residential build-ing as an example,analyzes the exterior wall insulation design scheme of prefabricated precast concrete composite wall panel,the thermal bridge treatment of rigid joints,the insulation strengthening of joints and the waterproof design of external wall insulation,and evaluates the wa-terproof effect and insulation effect of prefabricated precast concrete composite wall panel.The results show that the indoor wall temperature of all monitoring points is higher than the atmospheric temperature,and the fluctuation of indoor wall temperature is much smaller than that of out-door,which indicates that the prefabricated building structure has a good temperature storage effect.The heat flux fluctuation state of each mo-nitoring point is consistent,and the maximum difference of heat flux between each monitoring point is 0.92 W/m2.Prefabricated precast con-crete composite wall panel has good thermal insulation and waterproof effect.
