高品质骨料破碎和还原工艺探讨

摘要
高品质机制骨料是满足高强度、高性能和连续浇筑混凝土最重要的基材,而国内对其生产工艺认知较为片面,行业装备技术和智能化水平参差不齐,机制骨料生产品质不可控,这已成为难点问题.文中以国外某核岛基建的混凝土骨料加工生产线为例,为获得高品质机制骨料,对破碎设备选型和工艺流程进行系统性研究,并在工厂进行还原工艺试验验证,为行业发展和工程建设提供定制化解决方案.
Abstract
High quality mechanism aggregate is the most important substrate for meeting the requirements of high-strength,high-performance,and continuous pouring of concrete.However,many domestic projects have a one-sided understanding of the process,uneven levels of industry equipment technology and intelligence,and uncontrollable quality in the production process of mechanism aggregate,which has become a diffi-cult problem for some high-precision and cutting-edge construction projects.This article takes the concrete aggregate processing production line of a nuclear island infrastructure in a foreign country as an example to obtain high-quality mechanism aggregates.The selection of crushing equipment and process flow are systematically studied,and the reduction process is tested and verified in the factory,providing customized so-lution references for industry development and engineering construction.
