摘要

深基坑施工是新建高层和超高层建筑物施工的重要环节,对建筑工程的施工质量影响较大.文中分析了深基坑的施工特点,探讨了深基坑施工的关键技术,系统介绍了BIM技术在建筑工程深基坑施工全过程管理中的应用,阐述了BIM技术在深基坑施工管理中的优势.该研究成果为深基坑的施工管理提供了新的思路,为基于BIM技术的深基坑施工管理提供参考.

Abstract

The construction of deep foundation pit is an important link of new high-rise and super high-rise buildings,which has a great influ-ence on the construction quality of construction projects.This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of deep foundation pit,discusses the key technologies of deep foundation pit construction,systematically introduces the application of BIM technology in the whole process man-agement of construction of deep foundation pit,clarifies the advantages of BIM technology in the construction management of deep foundation pit,and provides new ideas for the construction management of deep foundation pit.The research results can provide reference for the construc-tion management of deep foundation pit based on BIM technology.
