摘要

为提升预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁力学性能,文中利用足尺试验对桥梁工程钢筋混凝土箱梁抗弯性能及抗剪性能进行分析.结果表明,随着荷载的增加,预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁跨中与加载点处挠度发展阶段包括未开裂、带裂缝、塑性及破坏阶段.钢筋屈服后,箱梁最大挠度为294 mm;随着荷载的增加,截面主筋应变先线性增加、再快速增加、后缓慢增加至稳定;箱梁挠度先线性增加、后快速增加至峰值;待卸载后,挠度快速下降.距支点距离越大,箍筋的应变越大,腹板混凝土剪切应变越小.

Abstract

In order to improve the mechanical properties of prestressed reinforced concrete box girder,the flexural and shear properties of rein-forced concrete box girder in bridge engineering were tested and analyzed by full scale test.The test results show that with the increase of load,the development stages of deflection at the mid-span and loading point of the prestressed reinforced concrete box girder include uncracked,cracked,plastic and failure stages.The maximum deflection of box girder is 294 mm after the steel bar yield.With the increase of the load,the strain of the main reinforcement of the section first increases linearly,then increases rapidly,and then slowly increases to a stable state.The deflection of box girder increases linearly at first and then rapidly increases to the peak value.After unloading,the deflection decreases rapidly.The greater the distance from the fulcrum,the greater the strain of stirrup and the smaller the shear strain of web concrete.
