Research on Crack Resistance of Post-prestressed Side Superimposed Long Span Concrete Beams
In this paper,a reinforced concrete frame construction project is taken as an example, and the combination of external prestressing and increasing section is proposed.Simulation and monitoring methods are used to analyze the crack resistance of the superimposed long-span concrete beams. The results show that the measured value and the calculated value are 2.34 MPa and 2.73 MPa respectively. The measured stress in the middle span of concrete beam bottom is 2.44 MPa and the calculated stress is 2.98 MPa.The difference between the two is rela-tively small, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model. The stress and deflection of concrete beams before and after reinforcement change from U shape to W shape along the span length. The bearing capacity and deformation resistance of long-span concrete beams are im-proved effectively after prestressed reinforcement.
