文中从原材料选择、配合比设计、浇筑施工、后期养护等方面分析清水混凝土产生缺陷的原因,通过掺入纯水泥、单掺粉煤灰、双掺粉煤灰和矿粉,比较不同配合比制备下用于公路桥墩构件的C35 强度等级混凝土,通过分析试验室成型试块与现浇试验柱,确定影响混凝土桥墩构件外观的主要影响因素.
Research on Preparation Technology of Fair-faced Concrete in Highway Engineering
This article analyzes the reasons for the defects in plain concrete from various aspects such as raw material selection,mix design,casting construction,and later maintenance.By comparing the use of pure cement,single-fly ash,double-fly ash,and mineral powder in dif-ferent mix designs to prepare C35 strength grade concrete for highway bridge pier components,the main influencing factors affecting the appear-ance of concrete bridge pier components were determined through laboratory molded test specimens and cast-in-place test columns.
