Research on Control and Management of Engineering Cost in Construction Stage
In this paper, the classic"earned value method"is adopted as the main method of dynamic cost control in the whole process. After determining the project investment target, the actual cost is compared with the budget value, the deviation analysis is carried out,and the cor-responding correction measures are proposed. This method is used to analyze the construction project of a northern school experimental build-ing.The results show that the actual cost of the project is higher than the budgeted cost, and the corresponding cost deviation index is 1.643 1%.The actual construction progress is faster than the planned progress, and the calculated progress deviation index is 3.372%,that is,the actual cost exceeds the estimated cost but the project completion time is ahead of schedule.
