摘要
文中研究了刚性防水水泥基材料(Rigid Waterproof Cement-based Material:RWCM)的力学性能和耐久性能.研究发现,通过配合比设计制备出的40、50、60 MPa强度等级RWCM,弹性模量在22~30 GPa且早期轴向拉伸性能优异.水养条件下RWCM干缩小;养护28d后,3.0 MPa抗渗压力达下,渗透高度低于12 mm;28 d电通量小于112 C,抗氯离子性能优异,且RWCM在不同拉伸应变(0~2%)也有优异的抗渗性能.
Abstract
This article investigates the mechanical and durability properties of rigid waterproof cement-based material(RWCM).The results indicated that RWCM with strength grades of 40,50,and 60 MPa were prepared through mix design,with elastic modulus ranging from 22 GPa to 30 GPa,which showed excellent early axial tensile properties.Drying shrinkage of RWCM was very low under water curing condi-tions.After curing for 28 days,the permeability height is less than 12 mm under the permeability pressure of 3.0 MPa.And,the electrical flux of those spacemen after curing for 28 days is less than 112 C,and the resistance to chloride ions is excellent,too.RWC also has excellent impermeability performance between different tensile strains(0~2%).
