Study on Freeze-thaw Resistance of Concrete Workpiece under Sulfate Solution Environment
This paper discusses the freeze-thaw performance of concrete workpiece in sulfate solution environment,analyzes the freeze-thaw performance of concrete in different sulfate solution types,air content,drying mode,sulfate concentration and freezing-thaw temperature,con-cludes that concrete in the magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate solution is much larger than the water and in sodium sulfate solution is slo-wer;the hot air drying method reduces the freeze-thaw performance of the workpiece;the temperature limit of sodium sulfate solution is-5℃;moderate gas diversion energy effectively improves the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete in sulfate solution.When deicing on concrete roads in northern China,it is not recommended to use magnesium sulfate salt with a large degree of concrete erosion as snow melting agent.Finally,the methods and measures to improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete works in sulfate solution.
