C55自密实混凝土物理力学性能影响因素研究

为制备出性能优异的C55自密实混凝土,文中研究了胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率大小以及减水剂掺量对其扩展度和抗压强度的影响.结果表明,随着胶凝材料用量增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大.胶凝材料使用量为520 kg/m3 时,自密实混凝土的抗压强度最大.随着粉煤灰掺量增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大,抗压强度逐渐减小.随着砂率逐渐增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度和抗压强度均出现先增大后减小的趋势.减水剂不过掺时,随着减水剂掺量逐渐增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大,抗压强度基本不变.
Study on Influencing Factors of Physical and Mechanical Properties of C55 Self-compacting Concrete
In order to prepare C55 self-compacting concrete with excellent performance,the effects of the amount of cementing material,the a-mount of fly ash,the amount of sand and the amount of water reducing agent on its expansibility and compressive strength were studied.The re-sults show that the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually with the increase of the amount of cementing material.When the amount of cementing material is 520kg/m3,the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete is the highest.With the increase of fly ash content,the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually,and the compressive strength decreases gradually.With the gradual increase of sand rate,the expansibility and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete increase first and then decrease.When superplasticizer is not added,the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually with the increase of superplasticizer content,and the compressive strength is basically unchanged.
