混凝土抗离析剂的制备及性能研究

摘要
将分子量为500 万的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺与分子量为600 万聚丙烯酸钠以6∶4 的比例复配,可以得到一种有效解决混凝土离析分层,提高混凝土的流动性和匀质性的混凝土抗离析剂.文中研究了该混凝土抗离析剂对混凝土和易性、坍落度损失、凝结时间及抗压强度的影响,结果表明,抗离析剂W可以大幅改善离析混凝土的流动性、坍落度及经时损失,对凝结时间影响不大且可以明显提高抗压强度.
Abstract
A concrete anti segregation agent can be obtained by compounding anionic polyacrylamide with a molecular weight of 5 million and sodium polyacrylate with a molecular weight of 6 million in a ratio of 6:4,which can effectively solve the problem of concrete segregation and layering,improve the fluidity and uniformity of concrete.This article investigates the effects of the anti segregation agent on the workability,slump loss,setting time,and compressive strength of concrete.The experimental results show that anti segregation agent W can significantly improve the flowability,slump,and time loss of segregated concrete,with little effect on setting time and a significant increase in compressive strength.
