混凝土再生砂粉对混凝土的强度影响研究

文中通过试验方案设计,研究了再生砂粉替换率对不同龄期混凝土力学强度的影响规律.结果表明,可采用再生砂粉替换混凝土中的部分水泥配置混凝土,再生砂粉替换率适量时,混凝土的强度虽有所下降,但仍可满足强度设计要求.混凝土强度随着再生砂粉替换率的增加而显著下降,且混凝土劈裂强度对再生砂粉的含量更为敏感.混凝土抗压强度及劈裂强度的再生砂粉替换率阈值为15.0%和10.0%,当超过该值时混凝土强度随再生砂粉替换率的增加呈线性较小趋势.
Research on the Influence of Recycled Sand Powder on the Strength of Concrete
This article studies the influence of the replacement rate of recycled sand powder on the mechanical strength of concrete at different ages through experimental scheme design.The results indicate that recycled sand powder can be used to replace some of the cement in the con-crete.When the replacement rate of recycled sand powder is appropriate,although the strength of the concrete may decrease,it can still meet the strength design requirements.The strength of concrete significantly decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled sand pow-der,and the splitting strength of concrete is more sensitive to the content of recycled sand powder.The threshold values for the replacement rate of recycled sand powder for the compressive strength and splitting strength of concrete are 15.0%and 10.0%,respectively.When this value is exceeded,the concrete strength shows a linear smaller trend with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled sand powder.
