摘要
文中使用高黏胶乳对乳化沥青改性,结合单粒径玄武岩成型了单粒径超黏磨耗层,并研究其路用性能.研究结果表明:基质沥青和乳化剂的最佳配方为齐鲁A-70(A3)和BE-2(E1),胶乳的单、复掺改善了乳化沥青蒸发残留物的各项性能;油石比和矿粉用量的增大改善了单粒径超粘磨耗层的路用性能,使其具有良好的抗滑性能、泌水性能.
Abstract
This paper modifies the emulsified asphalt with high-viscosity latex,a single-size super sticky abrasive layer using single particle size basalt is formed,and its road performance is studied.The results indicate that the optimal formula for base asphalt and emulsifier is Qilu A-70(A3)and BE-2(E1),respectively.The use of single and complex latex mixtures improves the performance of the emulsified asphalt's evaporative residues.It is found that increasing the oil-stone ratio and the amount of mineral powder enhances the road performance of the single-size super sticky abrasive layer,which makes it have excellent anti-skid and water sealing properties.
