粉煤灰及花岗岩石粉对水工混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响研究

文中通过RCM法分析混凝土内部氯离子扩散系数的变化与发展,对水工混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能与矿物掺合料类别、掺量之间的关联性进行研究.结果显示,复掺粉煤灰和花岗岩石粉与单掺粉煤灰或花岗岩石粉,混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能均有所提升,且具有规律性.粉煤灰和花岗岩石粉对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的作用具有叠加效应,且粉煤灰和花岗岩石粉双掺的掺量为 30%、40%条件下混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能显著提升,表明掺加粉煤灰、花岗岩石粉制备所得混凝土具有良好的抗氯离子侵蚀性能,可用于水工混凝土工程.
Study on the Influence of Fly Ash and Granite Powder on the ChlorideIon Erosion Resistance of Hydraulic Concrete
The RCM method was used to test the change and development of chloride ion diffusion coefficient in concrete,and the correlation between the chloride ion erosion resistance of hydraulic concrete and the type and dosage of mineral admixtures was studied.The results show that the chloride ion erosion resistance of concrete with mixed fly ash and granite powder and single fly ash or granite powder is improved,and the improvement is regular.The effect of fly ash and granite powder on the chloride ion erosion resistance of concrete is superimposed,and the chloride ion erosion resistance of concrete is significantly improved under the conditions of 30%and 40%of fly ash and granite powder,indi-cating that the concrete prepared by mixing fly ash and granite powder has good chloride ion erosion resistance and can be used in hydraulic concrete engineering practice.
