Experimental Study on the Interfacial Direct Shear Performance of Ultra-high Performance Concrete
The reliable connection between the prefabricated beam and column is one of the most important connection in the prefabricated con-crete structure, which not only ensures the collaboration between beams, columns and beam-column joint, but can also effectively improve the seismic performance and bearing capacity of the prefabricated concrete structure. In order to study the shear performance of prefabricated com-ponent connection with ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)and high-strength steel bars, two Z-shaped test parts with the effect of reinforcement lapping length were designed and analyzed. The experimental results show that the entire loading process of the test parts can be roughly divided into three stages:elastic phase, crack development stage, and destructive slip. When the reinforcement lapping length is in-creased from 6d to8d,the shear carrier capacity of the test parts increases increased 3.7%,and the shear reinforcement and concrete adhesion performance can be also enhanced. In addition, the reinforcement lapping of 8d is recommended to use in the UHPC shear connection.
