Experimental Study on Mixing Sand Resources to Formulate C45 Concrete in Fujian Area
This project is an experimental study on the mixing of mountain sand and mechanized sand in Fujian region to formulate C45 concrete according to a certain proportion, and to investigate the effect on the performance of mixed sand concrete by regulating the admixture amount of admixtures, sand rate and other ways. The study shows that, when the mixing ratio of mountain sand and mechanism sand is 3∶7,the admix-ture amount is 1.6%,and the sand rate is 42%,the initial slump of the formulated C45 concrete mix is 220 mm,the slump loss is 5mm,the 28 d compressive strength reaches57.3 MPa,and the56-day electric flux is 659 C,which significantly improves the working performance, mechanical performance and durability of the concrete, and satisfies the technical requirements of the concrete in Fujian area.
