活化煤矸石粉/水镁石纤维复合改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

沥青路面直接暴露在自然环境中,承受环境与车辆荷载的综合作用,如何优化沥青混合料的组成来提升沥青路面使用寿命是当前公路交通领域的一个重要研究方向.煤矸石是煤在开采和洗选的过程中挑选出的废弃物,是我国目前排放量最大的工业固体废弃物之一,大量堆积的煤矸石将对土地和环境产生较大影响,当前,国内外鲜见以煤矸石粉作为填料对沥青混合料进行改性的研究成果.文中对活化活化煤矸石粉/水镁石纤维复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能展开研究,以期达到固废利用和改善沥青路面路用性能的双重效果.结果表明,用煤矸石粉替代矿粉可提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性,但对其低温抗裂性能有一定程度的削弱,而水镁石纤维的掺入改善并提高了沥青混合料的低温抗裂性;活化煤矸石粉和水镁石纤维的复合掺入可提升沥青混合料的水稳定性能.该研究成果将为提升煤矸石和水镁石纤维在道路工程中的利用率、优化沥青混合料路用性能提供理论和试验基础.
Study on the Road Performance of Modified Asphalt Mixture with Activated Coal Gangue Powder/Water Magnesite Fiber Composite
Asphalt pavement is directly exposed to the natural environment and subjected to the combined action of environmental and vehicle loads.Optimizing the material composition of asphalt mixture to improve the service life of asphalt pavement is an important research direction in the field of highway traffic.Coal gangue is the waste material selected during coal mining and washing,and is one of the largest industrial solid waste emissions in China.The large-scale accumulation of coal gangue will have a great impact on land and the environment.At present,there are few research results at home and abroad on the modification of asphalt mixture with coal gangue powder as filler.Based on the previ-ous research,this study conducted research on the road performance of modified asphalt mixture with activated coal gangue powder/water mag-nesite fiber composite to achieve the dual effects of waste utilization and improvement of asphalt pavement road performance.The research re-sults show that the use of coal gangue powder as a substitute for mineral powder can improve the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture,but has a certain degree of weakening on its low-temperature anti-cracking performance.The addition of water magnesite fiber improves and enhances the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture.The composite addition of activated coal gangue powder and water magnesite fiber can improve the water stability of asphalt mixture.The research results will provide theoretical and experimental basis for impro-ving the utilization rate of coal gangue and water magnesite fiber in road engineering and optimizing the road performance of asphalt mixture.
