降黏剂对C80混凝土性能影响的研究

文中研究了降黏剂取代粉煤灰对C80 混凝土倒置坍落度排空时间、抗压强度、抗冻性和收缩的影响.结果表明,混凝土的倒置坍落度筒排空时间随着降黏剂取代粉煤灰比例增加而逐渐减小.随着降黏剂取代粉煤灰比例增加,混凝土的7d抗压强度逐渐增加,28 d抗压强度虽有增加,但变化相对较小.C80 混凝土的抗冻性能和抵抗收缩性能较好,降黏剂用量对混凝土的抗冻性能和收缩影响较小.
Study on the Influence of Viscosity Reducer on the Performance of C80 Concrete
In this paper,the effects of viscosity reducing agent replacing fly ash on expansion,compressive strength,frost resistance and shrinkage of C80 concrete were studied.The results show that the expansion degree of concrete increases gradually with the increase of the pro-portion of fly ash replaced by viscosity reducer.With the increase of the proportion of fly ash replaced by viscosity reducer,the 7 d compressive strength of concrete gradually increased,and the 28 d compressive strength increased,but the change was relatively small.The freezing resist-ance and shrinkage resistance of C80 concrete are good,and the amount of viscosity reducing agent has little effect on the freezing resistance and shrinkage of concrete.
