石墨烯改性沥青制备及流变性能研究

文中通过石墨烯改性沥青的常规性能测试、动态剪切流变试验和多重应力蠕变恢复试验,对石墨烯改性沥青流变性能变化规律进行研究.结果显示,适量的石墨烯显著提升了沥青的流变性能、弹性性能和抗变形能力,其中 1.5%的石墨烯掺量为最佳掺量,同时可根据实际需求调整石墨烯掺量,表明石墨烯改性沥青具有良好的应用前景.
Preparation and Rheological Properties of Graphene-modified Asphalt
In this paper,the rheological properties of graphene-modified asphalt were studied by conventional performance test,dynamic shear rheological test and multiple stress creep recovery test.The results showed that appropriate amount of graphene significantly improved the rheo-logical properties,elastic properties and deformation resistance of asphalt,of which 1.5%graphene content was the best content,and the gra-phene content could be adjusted according to the actual demand,indicating that graphene-modified asphalt has a good application prospect.
