大型厂房火灾后钢结构性能检测分析研究

钢结构由于材料性能和施工优势得到大量应用,但其属于抗火能力较弱的材料,因此对于火灾后钢结构的检测鉴定至关重要.文中以经历过火灾的某单程层钢结构厂房为研究对象,通过现场残留物初步确定温度场,同时通过计算进行修正并画出火灾现场等温曲线图.通过钢材强度检测发现,喷水冷却的后钢材强度明显上升而伸长率明显下降,挠度检测得到部分构件变形超过c级评价要求,达到73 mm,而进行承载力分析的Q~H/1 与Q~H/2 轴线处钢梁最大承受弯矩比值分别为0.601 和0.711,评定为d级.
Study on the Performance Detection and Analysis of Steel Structures After Fire in Large-scale Factories
Steel structures are widely used due to their material properties and construction advantages,but they are materials with weak fire re-sistance,so the inspection and identification of steel structures after fire is crucial.This paper takes a single-story steel structure factory build-ing that has experienced a fire as the research object,preliminarily determines the temperature field through the on-site residues,and then cor-rects it through calculation and draws the isothermal curve of the fire scene.Through the steel strength test,it was found that after water spray cooling,the strength of the steel increased significantly and the elongation decreased significantly.The deflection test showed that the deforma-tion of some components exceeded the evaluation requirement of Class C and reached 73mm.The maximum bending moment ratios of the steel beams at the Q~H/1 and Q~H/2 axes for bearing capacity analysis were 0.601 and 0.711 respectively,and were rated as Class D.
