摘要
文中分析了超声波检测在钢轨探伤中的关键参数,设计一套针对性的试验工况,运用优化算法构建参数优化模型,通过数据验证,得出最优的超声波检测参数组合.研究结果为钢轨无损检测技术的进一步发展提供了科学依据和实用参考,对保障铁路运行安全具有重要意义.
Abstract
This article analyzes the key parameters of ultrasonic testing in rail flaw detection,designs a targeted experimental condition,con-structs a parameter optimization model using optimization algorithms,and verifies the optimal combination of ultrasonic testing parameters through experimental data.The research results provide scientific basis and practical reference for the further development of non-destructive testing technology for steel rails,which is of great significance for ensuring railway operation safety.
