基于钢质护栏立柱埋深的无损检测技术研究

文中基于钢质护栏立柱埋深的无损检测技术,验证了一种利用冲击弹性波反射原理测量立柱埋深的方法,对土中立柱、砂浆中立柱和混凝土中立柱进行了埋深检测试验,并与实际埋深长度进行对比.结果表明,该方法具有较高的检测精度和可靠性,土中立柱的测试误差相较于另外两种状况更小.同时还分析了天气气候、立柱埋置时间、立柱埋置状况和立柱涂层对立柱埋深的无损检测的影响,为提高钢质护栏埋深的无损检测技术的可行性和准确度提供一定参考价值.
Research on Non-destructive Testing Technology Based on the Burial Depth of Steel Guardrail Columns
Based on the non-destructive testing technology of steel guarral column buried depth,this paper verified a method of measuring col-umn buried depth by using the principle of impact elastic wave reflection.The buried depth testing test of soil column,mortar column and con-crete column was carried out,and compared with the actual buried length.The results show that this method has higher detection accuracy and reliability,and the error of the column in soil is smaller than the other two conditions.At the same time,the influence of climate,column em-bedding time,column embedding condition and column coating on the non-destructive detection of column embedding depth is also analyzed,which provides certain reference value for improving the feasibility and accuracy of non-destructive testing technology based on the burial depth of steel guardrail columns.
