Study on the Correction Value of Compressive Strength Curve of Aluminum Alloy Formwork Formed Concrete Members Tested by Rebound Method
Aluminum alloy formwork formed concrete members compressive strength detection mainly using non-destructive testing methods,a-mong which the rebound method is the most widely used non-destructive testing method. However, when testing the compressive strength of a-luminum alloy formwork concrete members, there is a large systematic deviation between the test results of the rebound method based on the current standard strength curve and that of the drill core method, that is,the phenomenon of"uncertainty"often appears in the rebound meth-od.In order to solve this problem, based on the principle of core drilling method to modify the rebound method, this paper collects the corre-sponding rebound value, carbonization depth value and core compressive strength data of aluminum alloy formwork formed concrete members, adopts mathematical method to conduct regression analysis and research, and establishes the correction value of the current standard rebound strength measurement curve.
