桥梁智能爬墩机器人无损检测装置研发应用

为解决传统的桥梁高墩检测效率低、检测准确率及精度不足等问题,文中研究了爬墩机器人稳定爬升及环绕检测技术,以山西省浮临高速高墩检测项目为例介绍了爬墩机器人应用情况.结果表明,爬墩机器人检测结果准确可靠,不仅在检测精度、准确性方面远优于传统方法,在检测效率和操作流程便易性等方面也十分突出,彻底解决了高墩近距离观测墩柱混凝土病害及任一高度钢筋保护层厚度检测这两大技术难题,为应对高柱墩检测难等问题提供了新的解决思路.
Research and Application of Non-destructive Testing Device for Intelligent Bridge Pier Climbing Robot
In order to solve the problems of low detection efficiency and insufficient detection accuracy and accuracy of traditional bridge high pier detection,the stable climbing and encircling detection technology of pier climbing robot is studied.The application of pier climbing robot is introduced by taking the detection project of high pier Fulin expressway of Shanxi Province as an example.The results show that the detection results of pier climbing robot are accurate and reliable,not only in the detection accuracy the accuracy is far superior to the traditional method,and the detection efficiency and operation process are also very prominent,which completely solves the two major technical problems of close observation of the concrete disease of the pier column and detection of the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars at any height,and pro-vides a new solution to the problems of difficult detection of the high pillar pier.
