摘要
文中以某型号架桥机设计计算为基础,对公路架桥机的设计及计算方法进行了深入研究,通过对架桥机的设计依据、载荷计算、主横梁综合性能计算以及组合载荷对架桥机稳定性校验等方面的分析,详细阐述了架桥机设计及计算的关键要点和方法.同时,结合实际案例,对架桥机在不同工况下的性能进行了评估,并考虑了架桥机的工作环境,优化了相应的设计参数,可为公路架桥机的设计和应用提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Based on the design and calculation of a certain type of bridge erecting machine,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the de-sign and calculation methods of highway bridge erecting machines.Through the analysis of the design basis,load calculation,comprehensive performance calculation of the main beam,and the stability check of the combined load on the bridge erecting machine,the key points and methods of the design and calculation of the bridge erecting machine are elaborated in detail.At the same time,combined with actual cases,the performance of the bridge erecting machine under different working conditions is evaluated,and the working environment of the bridge erec-ting machine is considered to optimize the corresponding design parameters,which can provide a useful reference for the design and application of highway bridge erecting machines.
