城市既有建筑新建地下空间竖向托换设计分析

为保证既有建筑地下空间开发过程中上部结构安全,文中以贵州某4 层砖木结构建筑为例,对既有建筑上部结构基础竖向托换设计进行研究,并通过YJK三维结构模拟软件对既有建筑新建地下空间施工对上部结构力学响应的影响进行模拟分析.对比分析三种工况条件下上部结构的应力及变形特性,所有工况下,上部结构变形均在设计允许值范围内,表明本工程采用的竖向托换技术方案具有良好的施工效果.
Analysis of Vertical Underpinning Design in New Underground Space Under Existing Urban Buildings
In order to ensure the safety of the superstructure during the underground space development of existing buildings,this paper takes a 4-story brick-wood structure building in Guizhou as an example to study the vertical support design of the foundation of the superstructure of the existing building,and simulates the influence of the construction of the new underground space of the existing building on the mechanical response of the superstructure through YJK 3D structural simulation software.By comparing and analyzing the stress and deformation character-istics of the superstructure under three working conditions,the deformation of the superstructure under all working conditions is within the de-sign allowable value,which indicates that the vertical underpinning technology scheme adopted in this project has good construction effect.
