文中梳理了城镇排水防涝和流域防洪标准的衔接与联系,对城市内涝的成因进行分析,一是城镇排水设施无法应对短历时强降雨情况,二是因受纳水体水位顶托影响,雨水无法及时排放.文中以滁州市九梓大道为例,通过水力计算和SWMM模型对水位线进行了研究,结果表明,道路最不利点未发生节点积水,不会造成城市内涝.文中结论可为后期研究河道水位对城市内涝的影响提供借鉴.
Application of Drainage Design Based on Hydraulic Calculations and SWMM-Model
Through systematizing the coordination and connection between urban flooding and river basin flooding,the causes of urban flooding were analyzed.Firstly,urban drainage facilities were unable to hold the water discharge in short time-duration;Secondly,rainwater was inca-pable of rapid discharging due to the influence of the water level topping of the river.Taking Jiuzhi Avenue in Chuzhou City as an example,the hydraulic power-line was studied by hydraulic calculation and SWMM-model,and the results showed that no nodal ponding occurred at the most disadvantageous position of the road,which would not cause urban flooding.The conclusion could be a reference for the future research on the impact of river water level on urban flooding.
