Analysis of Factors Affecting Slope Stability Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design
In order to study the sensitivity of factors affecting slope stability, taking homogeneous soil slope as an example, based on the limit e-quilibrium theory, orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the effects of slope height, rainfall intensity and rainfall duration on slope stability, and the influence ratio of the three factors and their coupling effects on slope stability were calculated. The results show that un-der the same conditions, the slope stability coefficient decreases with the increase of slope height, rainfall intensity and rainfall duration. The greatest influence to slope stability is slope height, the second is rainfall intensity, the last one is rainfall duration. The coupling between rain-fall duration and rainfall intensity, slope height and rainfall duration have an effect on slope stability. The coupling between slope height and rainfall intensity can be ignored to slope stability.
