Finite Element Simulation of Shield Tunneling Construction and Internal Force Analysis of Pipe Segments
This article uses finite element simulation method to study the internal forces of subway tunnel segments during shield tunneling con-struction.By constructing shield tunnel models with different soil cover depths, the influence of soil cover depth on the axial force, bending moment, and shear force of subway shield tunnel segments was discussed in detail.Research has shown that the distribution trend of axial force and shear force in subway shield tunnel segments is consistent, and their sizes increase with the increase of soil cover depth. The maximum val-ue appears on both sides of the segment, while the minimum value appears at the top and bottom of the segment. The bending moment analysis results show that as the depth of soil cover increases, the bending moment of the pipe segment also increases accordingly, and the maximum value of the bending moment occurs at the arch top, while the minimum value occurs on both sides of the pipe segment. The deformation of the pipe segment generally increases with the increase of soil cover depth, with the maximum deformation occurring at the top and bottom of the arch.
