Technology of Continuous Irregular Surface Fair-faced Concrete Construction
According to the analysis of the template selection and processing,pouring and vibration process and maintenance of fair-faced con-crete materials,this paper adopts BIM technology and CNC machine to deepen the processing of the template,which improves the clear and beautiful lines of the open joints and the cicada joints.In the pouring and vibration process,the layered pouring method and the laying of stringers are used to solve the position where the vibrating rod can not vibrate,which can effectively improve the phenomena of honeycomb and pockmarked surface of fair-faced concrete.
