摘要
文中以南安市石井镇生活污水处理厂一期工程为例,基于有限元软件模拟分析混凝土内部温度应力,通过控制混凝土材料及配合比,采用混凝土斜向分层浇筑、动态养护、对混凝土温度实时监测等施工技术,提高了混凝土施工质量,有效控制和减少裂缝的产生.
Abstract
Taking the first phase of the domestic sewage treatment plant in Shijing Town,Nan'an City as an example,this article uses finite el-ement software to simulate and analyze the internal temperature stress of concrete.By controlling the concrete material and mix proportion,and adopting construction techniques such as inclined layered pouring,dynamic curing,and real-time monitoring of concrete temperature,the quality of concrete construction has been improved,and the occurrence of cracks has been effectively controlled and reduced.
