摘要
在我国交通路网快速发展背景下,转体施工技术广泛应用于跨越既有公路铁路桥梁建设.文中重点探讨跨襄阳北编组站大桥项目中3 万吨级齿轮齿轨式转体球铰与滑道系统的快速定位技术.通过对该工程技术难点的深入分析,包括精度控制、结构稳定性、动力学匹配及智能控制等方面,详细阐述了一套综合解决方案的制定与实施过程.通过精密制造、智能化控制技术的应用,以及严格的现场安装调试,成功实现转体结构的微米级精准定位,大幅提升了施工效率与安全性.
Abstract
Aiming at the wide application of transverse construction technology in the construction of bridges across existing highways and rail-ways in the context of rapid development of China's transport road network,the article focuses on the rapid positioning technology of 30,000-tonne geared-tooth-rail transverse ball hinge and chute system of the bridge project across Xiangyang North Formation Station.Through in-depth analysis of the technical difficulties of the project,including precision control,structural stability,dynamics matching and intelligent control,the article elaborates the formulation and implementation process of a set of comprehensive solutions.Through the application of preci-sion manufacturing,intelligent control technology and strict on-site installation and debugging,the micron-level accurate positioning of the ro-tating structure was successfully achieved,which greatly improved the construction efficiency and safety.
