摘要
为探究BIM技术在老旧城区改造中的应用效果,文中以某老旧小区为例,对BIM技术在该小区建筑物加固方案设计及施工阶段应用进行分析.结果表明,在方案比选中应用BIM技术,可快速获得不同方案的成本、质量及影响等,有效提高加固方案设计的质量及效率.将BIM技术应用于施工阶段,可对施工顺序、施工安排起到重要的辅助作用,以优化施工顺序及资源配置.
Abstract
In order to explore the application effect of BIM technology in the reconstruction of old and old urban areas,taking an old residential area as an example,the application of BIM technology in the design and construction stage of the building reinforcement scheme of the residen-tial area is analyzed.The results show that the application of BIM technology can quickly obtain the cost,quality and impact of different schemes,and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of reinforcement scheme design.The application of BIM technology in the construc-tion stage can play an important auxiliary role in the construction process and construction arrangement,so as to optimize the construction se-quence and resource allocation.
