现代桥梁工程不断发展,施工技术要求也日益严格,特别是在大型、复杂桥梁结构施工中,技术的先进性和实用性尤为重要.因此,文中进行了桥梁工程薄壁空心墩液压爬模施工技术研究.该技术以预埋件布设、液压自动爬升模板安装、混凝土浇筑及养护三个步骤完成技术设计,通过液压爬模系统,实现了模板与桥墩结构的紧密结合和逐层爬升,并提供了稳定的支撑和定位.分析结果表明,液压爬模施工技术在桥梁工程薄壁空心墩施工中具有显著优势,不仅能提高施工效率,缩短施工周期,还能保证施工质量.
Research on Hydraulic Climbing form Construction Technology of Thin Wall Hollow Pier in Bridge Engineering
With the continuous development of modern bridge engineering technology,the requirements for construction technology are increas-ingly strict,especially in the construction of large and complex bridge structures,the advancement and practicability of technology is particular-ly important.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research of hydraulic climbing mold construction technology of thin-wall hollow pier in bridge engineering.In this technology,the design of the construction technology is completed by laying the embedded parts,installing the hy-draulic automatic climbing formwork,concrete pouring and maintenance.The technology realizes the close combination of formwork and pier structure and climbing layer by layer through the hydraulic climbing system.It provides stable support and positioning,and effectively prevents the appearance of bad phenomena such as pier deformation and surface cracking.The results of case analysis show that the hydraulic climbing form construction technology has a significant advantage in the construction of thin-wall hollow pier in bridge engineering.This technology can not only improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period,but also ensure the construction quality and improve the overall strength and stability of the bridge structure.
