高层建筑钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构施工技术探析

摘要
文中以某高层钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构建筑为例,对C60自密实混凝土配合比设计进行研究,通过调整施工顺序实施核心筒超前施工策略,以降低收缩徐变影响,同时结合仿真模型分析不同超前层数(6 至14 层)对竖向变形的影响.结果显示,超前施工能有效控制低楼层变形,且对高层尤其是顶部区域变形影响显著,变形量随超前层数增加而累积增大.因此,施工应根据具体超前层数精确预测和调节竖向变形,确保结构安全与稳定.
Abstract
Taking a high-rise reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure building as an example,the mix ratio design of C60 self-compac-ting concrete was studied,and the core tube advance construction strategy was implemented by adjusting the construction sequence to reduce the influence of shrinkage and creep.At the same time,the influence of different advance layers(6~14 layers)on vertical deformation is ana-lyzed by simulation model.The results show that the advance construction can effectively control the deformation of low floors,but has a signifi-cant effect on the deformation of high floors,especially the top area,and the deformation increases with the increase of the number of advance floors.Therefore,the vertical deformation should be accurately predicted and adjusted according to the specific number of advance layers to en-sure the safety and stability of the structure.
