摘要
文中采用文献阅读法,并结合工作经验,从人工费用、机械成本、材料费用三方面分析了影响城市学校工程建设项目成本优化与节约的主要因素,同时结合城市学校工程建设项目工作实践,提出细化不同环节管控措施、做好成本优化管控保障、强化工程细节财务管理等三条城市学校工程建设项目成本优化与节约措施的实践路径.
Abstract
The full text uses literature research methods and other methods to first analyze the main factors of cost optimization and savings measures for urban school engineering construction projects from three aspects:labor costs,mechanical costs,and material costs.Then,com-bined with the practical work of urban school engineering construction projects,it proposes three practical paths for cost optimization and sav-ings measures in urban school engineering construction projects:refining control measures in different links,ensuring cost optimization control,and strengthening financial management of engineering details.
