The Challenges and Suggestions for Safety Production Management in Current Construction Enterprises
Currently,safety production encounters numerous challenges including inadequate positive reinforcement from laws and regulations,incomplete enterprise safety systems,oversight blind spots,ambiguous responsibilities,weak managerial safety awareness,and insufficient pro-fessional training.These issues jeopardize worker safety and enterprise stability.This study proposes measures such as reforming the current state of safety management,bolstering positive reinforcement from laws and regulations,enhancing supervision systems,and strengthening pro-fessional training to prompt enterprise managers to effectively fulfill their safety responsibilities while improving oversight efficiency;fostering heightened employee safety awareness;and cultivating a favorable culture of safety.
