建筑高度对框架-核心筒结构工程造价的影响分析

为了探究建筑高度对框架-核心筒结构造价的影响,文中主要对不同设防烈度(5.5°、7.5°)下框架-核心筒建筑材料用量及其造价与建筑高度(100、200、300、400 m)的联系进行分析.结果表明,当设防烈度为 5.5°时,总造价-建设高度曲线的增加斜率为1.11 元/m3;当设防烈度为7.5°时,总造价-建设高度曲线的增加斜率为 1.49 元/m3.7.5°设防烈度的钢材造价比 5.5°设防烈度的提高55%~84%,7.5°设防烈度的混凝土造价比5.5°设防烈度的提高20%~24%,7.5°设防烈度总工程造价比5.5°设防烈度提高47%~72%.
Analysis of the Influence of Building Height on the Engineering Cost of Frame-core Tube Structure
In order to analyze the influence of building height on the cost of frame-core tube structure,the paper mainly analyzes the relation-ship between the amount of building materials and the cost of frame-core tube and the building height(100,200,300,400 m)under different fortification intensity(5.5°,7.5°).The results show that when the fortification intensity is 5.5°,the increasing slope of the total cost-con-struction height curve is1.11 yuan/m3.When the fortification intensity is7.5°,the increase slope of the total cost-construction height curve is 1.49 yuan/m3.The steel cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is 55%~84%higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity,the concrete cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is20%~24%higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity,and the total engineering cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is47%~72%higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity.
