不同水胶比对建筑水泥基灌浆料性能的影响研究

为掌握不同水胶比对建筑水泥基灌浆料性能的影响,文中测试4 种水胶比下水泥基灌浆料的膨胀性、流动度、强度,并进行分析。结果表明,随着水胶比的增加,水泥基灌浆料的初始流动性逐渐提高,同时水泥基灌浆料抗压强度呈现出不断降低的规律;总体膨胀率表现为随着水胶比的提高而增大的趋势;灌浆料水胶比为0。24~0。30 时的电通量均在1 000C以内,表明其氯离子渗透性较低,且灌浆料氯离子扩散系数和电通量随着水胶比的增大而增大,氯离子抗渗透性则逐渐降低。
Study on the Effect of Different Water-glue Ratios on the Performance of Construction Cement-based Grout
In order to grasp the influence of different water-cement ratios on the performance of construction cement-based grout,the expan-sion,fluidity and strength of cement-based grout under four water-cement ratios were analyzed.The test results show that with the increase of water-cement ratio,the initial fluidity of cement-based grout gradually increases,and the compressive strength of cement-based grout shows a decreasing law.The overall expansion rate showed a trend of increasing with the increase of water-cement ratio.When the water-cement ratio of grouting material is 0.24~0.30,the electric flux is within1 000 C,which indicates that its chloride ion permeability is low,and the chlo-ride ion diffusion coefficient and electric flux of grouting material increase with the increase of water-cement ratio,and the chloride ion permea-bility resistance gradually decreases.
