文中研究了不同掺量的锂渣微粉等量替换矿渣微粉对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度和耐久性的影响,通过抗碳化、抗冻融、抗氯离子渗透试验,分析锂渣微粉作为掺合料在混凝土中的应用效果.结果表明,锂渣微粉替代矿渣微粉小于 40 kg/m3 时,对混凝土工作性能和力学性能影响不大,对抗碳化、抗冻融有一定负面影响,对抗氯离子渗透有积极作用;替代量达到 60 kg/m3 时,对混凝土各方面影响较大.通过原材料成本分析,掺锂渣微粉混凝土虽然经济效益不明显,但社会效益显著.
Study on the Effect of Lithium Slag Admixture on the Strength and Durability of Concrete
This article studies the effect of replacing slag powder with lithium slag at different dosages on the workability,compressive strength,and durability of concrete.The application of lithium slag as an admixture in concrete is analyzed through carbonation resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,and chloride ion penetration resistance tests.The results indicate that replacing slag powder with lithium slag within 40 kg/m3 has little effect on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete;but has a certain negative impact on resistance to carbonation and freeze-thaw,and a positive effect on resistance to chloride ion penetration;when the substitution amount is 60 kg/m3,it has a significant impact on all aspects of concrete;by matching ratio raw material cost analysis,mixing lithium slag powder concrete has better economy.
