Experimental Study on Mix Ratio Design of Shotcrete For Hydraulic Engineering
In order to improve the performance of shotcrete in hydraulic engineering, this paper takes the hub project of certain hydropower sta-tion as an example to introduce the mix ratio design and construction of shotcrete in hydraulic engineering in detail, and tests the application effect after construction. The results show that the slump of hydraulic shotcrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of sand rate, and the optimal sand rate of hydraulic shotcrete is 55%.The lower the water-cement ratio, the higher the compressive strength of hydraulic concrete, and the compressive strength of wet sprinkler concrete is higher than that of dry sprinkler concrete. The average spraying thickness of dry shotcrete is 101mm,which is 12.2%lower than that of wet shotcrete, all of which meet the design requirements of specifications, that is,the mix ratio of hydraulic concrete is well designed and the construction technology is reasonable and reliable.
