橡胶粉对非固化橡胶沥青涂料性能的影响研究

为了研究橡胶粉对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响,文中选用大卡车轮胎、小轿车轮胎和橡胶鞋底经常温破碎后进行试验,结合不同类别、不同添加量进行对比,并考察涂料的耐热性、低温柔性、延伸性、130℃黏度和163℃离析性.结果表明,当非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料选用橡胶粉作为改性剂时,最适合作为改性剂的为大卡车轮胎橡胶粉,其添加量应控制在6%~7%.
Study on the Influence of Rubber Powder on the Properties of Non-cured Rubber Asphalt Coating
In order to study influence of rubber on the performance of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating,tire of truck、tire of passenger-car and rubber sole were selected respectively to conduct comparative tests with different materials and addition amount,studying heat resistance,low temperature flexibility,extensibility,viscosity(130℃)and segregation(163℃).The results show that tire of the truck is the best choice for the modification of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating,and its addition should be truck within 6%~7%.
