聚酯纤维对不同类型沥青混合料的路用性能影响

为探究沥青路面早期病害解决方法,改善沥青混合料的长期路面性能,文中对AC-13、SMA-13 两种类型沥青混合料掺加聚酯纤维前后的性能差异进行分析,并对沥青混合料抗滑性能、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和高温稳定性进行试验.结果表明,掺入聚酯纤维能有效改善SMA-13 和AC-13 两种沥青混合料路用性能,其中,AC-13 掺加聚酯纤维后的高温稳定性改善效果明显更佳,SMA-13掺加聚酯纤维后的低温抗裂性能改善效果明显更佳.两种沥青混合料掺加聚酯纤维后的水稳定性改善效果大致相当,但表面构造深度均有所降低,导致抗滑性下降.
Influence of Polyester Fiber on Road Performance of Different Types of Asphalt Mixture
In order to explore the solution to the early disease of asphalt pavement and improve the long-term pavement performance of asphalt mixture,the performance difference of AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixture before and after adding polyester fiber was analyzed in this paper,and the anti-skid performance,water stability,low temperature crack resistance and high temperature stability of asphalt mixture were tested.The results show that the pavement performance of SMA-13 and AC-13 asphalt mixtures can be effectively improved by adding polyester fiber,and the high temperature stability of AC-13 and the low temperature crack resistance of SMA-13 and polyester fiber can be improved signifi-cantly.The improvement of water stability of the two asphalt mixtures after adding polyester fiber is roughly the same,but the surface structure depth is reduced,resulting in a decrease in skid resistance.
