石灰石粉集料对UHPC混凝土性能影响试验研究

文中以传统超高性能混凝土(UHPC)为基础,研究不同石灰石粉含量对UHPC性能的影响规律.结果表明,相较于传统无石灰石粉UHPC,掺入石灰石粉后,混凝土拌和物工作性能有显著改善,黏度明显降低,流动性更好,1、3 d强度稍有减弱,7、28 d变化不大,56 d氯离子扩散系数略有降低.将部分水泥换成石灰石粉,既提高了混凝土混合物的工作性能,达到所需强度与耐久性能,同时经济性也得到显著提升.
Experimental Study on the Influence of Limestone Powder Aggregate on the Performance of UHPC Concrete
Based on traditional ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),this article studies the influence of different limestone powder con-tents on the performance of UHPC.The results showed that compared with traditional UHPC without limestone powder,the workability of the concrete mixture was significantly improved after adding limestone powder,with a significant decrease in viscosity and better flowability.The strength slightly weakened at 1 and 3 days,with little change at 7 and 28 days,and a slight decrease in chloride ion diffusion coefficient at 56 days.Replacing some of the cement with limestone powder not only improves the workability of the concrete mixture,achieving the required strength and durability,but also significantly improves its economy.
