The Effect of Different Mechanism Sand Content on the Performance of Railway Concrete
As an important component of concrete, natural sand plays an important role in the performance and durability of concrete.Howev-er,with the intensification of China's infrastructure, the natural river sand resources decrease rapidly. In this paper, the effects of different me-chanical sand content on workability, strength, electrical flux, bubble spacing coefficient, sulfate resistance coefficient and frost resistance of concrete are studied. The results show that the amount of water-reducing agent and air-entraining agent increases with the increase of random sand content, and the 56d compressive strength reaches the highest when the random sand content is 75%,the electric flux, bubble spacing coefficient and resistance to sulfate attack coefficient decreased with the increase of the amount of manufactured sand, and the lowest was when the amount of manufactured sand was 50%.The compressive strength of 56d and 75%manufactured sand is 4.3%higher than that of natural sand, and the electrical flux of 56d is 8.8%lower than that of natural sand.56 d bubble spacing coefficient decreased by 8.7%.
