废橡胶复合改性沥青耐老化性能研究

摘要
为了提高废橡胶改性沥青的耐老化性能,文中主要就基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、橡胶改性沥青和废胶粉复合改性沥青的耐老化性能进行对比评价.结果表明,短期老化方面,各沥青老化指数不超过15%.基质沥青的针入度降低最多(9.9%),软化点增加最多(11.6%),而废胶粉复合改性沥青老化影响最小.长期老化方面,基质沥青老化后针入度降低最多(25.6%),软化点增加最快(27.6%),其次是橡胶改性沥青,第三是SBS改性沥青,最后是废胶粉复合改性沥青,表明其具有最优的长期耐老化性能.
Abstract
To improve the aging resistance of the waste rubber-modified asphalt,In this paper,the aging resistance of matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,rubber modified asphalt and waste rubber powder composite modified asphalt was compared and evaluated.The results show that the short-term aging index of each asphalt is less than15%.The penetration of matrix asphalt decreased the most(9.9%),the softening point increased the most(11.6%),and the aging effect of waste rubber powder modified asphalt was the least.In terms of long-term aging,the penetration of matrix asphalt decreased the most(25.6%),and the softening point increased the fastest(27.6%)after aging,followed by rubber modified asphalt,then SBS modified asphalt,and finally waste rubber powder composite modified asphalt,indicating that it has the best long-term aging resistance.
